These Terms and Conditions govern your use of The Gifted Group’s website and services, including booking vacation rentals in Aruba and Orlando. By using our website or making a reservation, you agree to these terms in full. If you do not agree, please do not use our services.

Unless otherwise stated, The Gifted Group and/or its licensors own the intellectual property rights for all material on this website.

All intellectual property rights are reserved. You may access this from The Gifted Group for your own personal use subject to restrictions set in these terms and conditions.

This Agreement shall begin on the date hereof.

3. Booking & Payment

Reservation Confirmation:
All bookings are subject to availability and are confirmed once full payment or a required deposit is received.

Payment Terms:
Payment methods accepted include Visa, Mastercard, Discover, American Express, and Bank Transfer. Final payment must be made 30 days before check-in. Failure to complete payment may result in cancellation.

Security Deposit:
A refundable security deposit may be required to cover damages or additional cleaning. This will be returned within 5 days after check-out, minus any deductions for damages.

4. Cancellation & Refund Policy

Guest Cancellations:

Cancellations made30 days before check-in will receive a full/partial refund.
Cancellations made within14 days of check-in are non-refundable.

Owner Cancellations:
In the rare event we need to cancel your reservation due to unforeseen circumstances, we will offer a full refund or help you reschedule your stay.

5. Guest Responsibilities

At The Gifted Group, we aim to provide a comfortable and enjoyable experience for all our guests. To maintain the quality and integrity of our properties, we ask that you adhere to the following guidelines:

Respectful Property Use:
Guests must use the property responsibly and in accordance with local laws. Illegal activities, excessive noise, or disruptive behavior are strictly prohibited.

No Parties or Events:
Parties, large gatherings, or events are strictly prohibited unless explicitly approved in writing by The Gifted Group. Unauthorized events will result in immediate termination of your stay without a refund and may incur additional fees.

No Smoking:
All properties are 100% smoke-free. Smoking inside the home or in any unauthorized areas is strictly prohibited. Violations of this policy will result in additional cleaning fees and may lead to forfeiture of your security deposit or additional charges on your credit card.

Damage & Loss:
Guests are responsible for any damage to the property, furnishings, appliances, or amenities during their stay. Any costs for repairs, replacements, or additional cleaning will be deducted from the security deposit or billed separately.

Occupancy Limits:
The number of guests must not exceed the limit specified in your booking confirmation. Unauthorized guests may result in additional charges or termination of your reservation.

6. Check-In & Check-Out

Check-In: 4:00 PM
Check-Out: 10:00 AM

Late check-outs may incur additional fees unless arranged in advance.

7. Liability & Disclaimers

Personal Belongings:
The Gifted Group is not responsible for loss, theft, or damage to guests’ personal belongings.

Use of Amenities:
Guests use pools and other amenities at their own risk. Children must be supervised at all times.

Force Majeure:
We are not liable for delays, interruptions, or cancellations caused by events beyond our control, such as natural disasters, strikes, or government restrictions.

8. Website Use

Intellectual Property:
All content on this website, including text, images, and logos, is the property of The Gifted Group. Unauthorized use or reproduction is prohibited.

The following organizations may link to our website without prior written approval:
